Being right isn't enough.
Being organized is.
Most situations aren't lost in court. They're lost months earlier — buried under thousands of texts, emails, receipts, and PDFs that no human can structure in time. AitaraPilot is the guided workspace for that work: it helps you turn the chaos of your life into a lawyer-ready, source-linked timeline you can actually hand over.
Common situations we help organize
Plain-English guides for the kinds of disputes people actually face — before deciding whether to call a lawyer.
- Organizing evidence
General rules for capturing, preserving, and structuring a record — provenance, originals, chronology, party map.
- Partnership disputes
What to notice and what to start documenting when something feels off with a business partner.
- Family money & hidden assets
What to preserve when you suspect a spouse is hiding income, accounts, or assets.
- Landlord & tenant
Documenting habitability, notices, deposits, and rent disputes — for tenants and small landlords.
- Workplace problems
How to document a hostile workplace, wrongful firing, retaliation, or wage problems — while you still have access.
- Contract disputes
Documenting non-payment, missed deliverables, and scope creep when the other side stops doing what they said.
From overwhelming noise
to strategic clarity.
Spend weeks labeling PDFs, taking screenshots, writing the email that "explains everything."
Spends thousands in billable hours re-organizing what you sent and verifying the timeline you couldn't prove.
Months of preparatory friction. Strategy delayed. Preliminary costs prohibitive. Many cases quietly abandoned.
Drop raw, fragmented files into a secure vault. The system structures the chronology automatically.
Receives an organized, searchable, source-linked chronology on day one. They start with judgment, not janitorial work.
Strategy from the first hour. Legal spend goes to legal thinking. Situations that would've been abandoned actually move forward.
How AitaraPilot works
Five steps from a pile of life debris to a lawyer-ready Situation Report.
- 01Start with a free diagnostic
Answer 4 short questions so we understand the kind of situation you're trying to organize. No account required.
- 02Follow the right branch
If there's no case yet, we build a situation map. If court papers exist, we identify the case track.
- 03Optional: upload up to 2 key documents
We classify them and let you confirm or correct the result. You can add more later from inside your workspace.
- 04Review your Situation Report
Summary, document map, evidence gaps, dates to verify, similar reading, court resources, and questions for a lawyer.
- 05Activate your Situation Workspace
Keep working on it for $29/month. Add documents over time and your workspace updates as your situation evolves.

Questions, answered
Is this legal advice?▾
No. AitaraPilot is an informational and organizational tool. It helps you structure facts, documents, timelines, resources, and questions. It does not tell you what to file, what to argue, whether you have a claim, or what legal strategy to follow. For advice about your situation, talk to a licensed attorney.
Who is AitaraPilot for?▾
Pro-se litigants — people representing themselves — and anyone trying to make sense of a stack of legal documents. It is especially useful for civil matters in Delaware today, with more jurisdictions coming.
What happens to my documents?▾
Your files are encrypted in transit and at rest. We send extracts to OpenAI for AI processing under terms that prohibit training on your content. We do not sell your data. You can delete a case or your account at any time.
Which courts do you support?▾
Background docket sync currently covers Delaware. The dashboard, timeline, parties, risks, and citations work for documents from any U.S. jurisdiction — only the live docket sync is Delaware-only for now.
How much does it cost?▾
Starting a case and seeing a preview is free. A paid plan unlocks the full dashboard, ongoing updates, and re-runs as you add documents. See pricing on the unlock screen.
Can I delete my data?▾
Yes. You can delete an individual case from your dashboard or close your account entirely from account settings. Deletions are removed from active systems immediately and purged from routine backups within 30 days.
